At Fluff Happens Co., we want you and your pet to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders may have already entered processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items showing signs of use, wear, pet damage, or misuse after delivery
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items damaged due to improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear
